I guess I may have missed the point. First of all I have never heard of this. Secondly I myself as well as many people I know use Facebook to voice my concerns. I have gotten feedback directly from the company each time. It seems to me this will soon be obsolete in today’s quickly moving social media world.
This article talks about how get satisfaction will Re-humanize consumer interaction but I think they have missed the boat on that opportunity. If they wanted to be the ones to revolutionize the way consumers and businesses interact they should have beat Facebook out of the gate. Sorry but I am just not interested.
