It took the long way to basically say don’t get comfortable and don’t rely only on the CEO to keep the company innovative. It is more about the team as a whole not losing focus and not losing steam. I took away from it sort of what I already knew. Keep your consumers needs and wants in the fore front of your decision making process. Do not slow down and gloat in your successes. The competition is one step behind you waiting to catch you slipping.
