the customer is always right

I think it is always going to go back to this. The customer is always right. Because if the customer is not right…they will find someone else who will fulfill their needs where they are right. One way to ensure a successful business idea is to look at what consumers want and create the technology that will provide them with that.

The consumer experience has got to be your true north. You have to build technology to fill the needs expressed by the consumer. There are some they don’t even know they need to express. There will always be mistakes to be made but if you keep the consumers wants and needs in the fore front of your decision making process then you are pretty likely to come out on top
